Vadodara: Navrachna International School in the Bhayli area of Vadodara is once again the target of a bomb threat, triggering an immediate response from school authorities and local police. The threat was received via email, prompting the school administration to send all students home as a precautionary measure.
Following standard protocol, a bomb disposal squad, sniffer dogs, and senior officials from various police departments arrived at the school to conduct a thorough search of the premises. Although no suspicious objects have been found so far, authorities are treating the incident with the utmost seriousness.
This is not the first time Navrachna School has received such a threat. On January 24 earlier this year, the school’s principal, Kashmira Jayswal, received a similar email, sent through the dark web, at 3:49 a.m. That message also led to panic and an extensive security operation.

Police conducted a full day of inspections at both the Bhayli Navrachna campus and a neighboring school, deploying bomb squads and dog squads from 6:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Every corner of the campus was searched, though nothing hazardous was found. The school was cleared later that evening.
Following the incident, the school administration filed a formal complaint, leading the Taluka police to register a case and launch an investigation. There is a possibility that national-level investigative agencies may also become involved, given the nature and origin of the threat.
With this latest incident, concerns over the safety of students and the potential misuse of digital anonymity have resurfaced, prompting calls for a more coordinated cyber-security and law enforcement response.
